Paper Permits ‐ where you have a paper permit, a refund will only be issued on receipt of the paper permit. Your refund will be calculated from the date we receive your permit. No refunds will be given on replacement permits.

E-Permits ‐ You will need to request to cancel your permit within the online account. Your cancellation will be active immediately and you will no longer be able to park your vehicle.

Refunds ‐ The refund amount is calculated on how many full calendar months remain on the permit. Refunds will be given minus an administration fee. Refunds will not be given where the amount owing is the same as or less than the administration fee. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

We advise all returned permits to be sent via recorded delivery, as a refund will not be provided for permits lost in the post. If you need to return a permit, please sent it to:
